The settlement agreement with Christina Maher, for claims of her daughter Morgan Maher, settles her lawsuit against the School Board of Clay County, Florida, filed in the Circuit Court, seeking money damages for injuries received by Morgan Maher when a glass jug exploded during a science demonstration at Chas. E. Bennett Elementary School on Sept. 2, 2004

Recommended Action
Approve the settlement agreement.
